The best doctor-patient relationships are maintained when there is complete understanding of the treatment rendered and the fee. As a courtesy, our office will submit insurance claims. We do require that the patient’s co-pay be paid in full on the day of the treatment.

We do accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover card.

Our office accepts all dental insurance, except Medicaid and dental discount plans.
