The best doctor-patient relationships are maintained when there is complete understanding of the treatment rendered and the fee. As a courtesy, our office will submit all primary insurance claims.

We are an in-network provider for Delta Dental plans. For those companies for which we are not in network, we will attempt to find out the covered benefit prior to your scheduled appointment and require the co-payment be paid at the time of the appointment.
